The Hotel

Windsor is a victorian-themed hotel with a world famous 18-hole golf course. The hotel is a mere 15 minutes drive from Nairobi's Central Business District and 45 minutes' drive from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Airport Transfer

For airport transfers to the hotel, our travel agent Charleston Travel will be ready to meet you at airport upon arrival. If you choose to use this service, please share your arrival and departure details with Ann Mukuna on [email protected]. The transfer costs are at USD 20 one way. Alternatively, you can make arrangements with the hotel, who are also able to provide you with this service.

Visa

Kenya offers a visa on arrival service or pre-application, depending on your nationality. Please visit https://evisa.go.ke for details on Kenya visa eligibility and the processing time. Below are some basic requirements needed for visa application:

• -Valid travel document not less than six months.
• -A Return ticket
• -Invitation Letters from the inviting company for business visits
• -Copies of registration certificate of the inviting company
• -Copy of an ID of person signing the letter
• -Copy of the passport cover of the traveler
• -Digital passport photo
• -Copy of the travelers passport biodata page

The ABBC secretariat will provide you with item 3, 4 and 5 so do get in touch with Ann Mukuna when you start the visa application process.

Visa Fee: Single entry - USD 55 and Multiple entry - USD 105

Vaccination

You will need proof of a yellow fever and COVID-19 vaccination.
